She is BRITISH, after all, which is part of what maker her so fabulous. Remember Thandie winning last year? I could see it happening unless Jennifer Hudson is an absolutely unstoppable force at every single show.adam k.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13485604493059621307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-1168634679743716152007-01-12T15:44:00.000-05:002007-01-12T15:44:00.000-05:00I thought in the BAFTA shortlist there was no Emil...I thought in the BAFTA shortlist there was no Emily Blunt, but there was Anne Hathaway?

That there's no Babel actors is not surprising. Pitt is now becoming the non-force that he should be, and they clearly liked Little Miss Sunshine the britishy History Boys enought to give them nominations instead in supporting actress.

Happy for United 93 getting noms for Film, Director, Screenplay, Editing, Cinematography and Sound.

Agreed on the make up category. Along with being the critics and seemingly, the public's favorite Bond possibly ever, it's great to see a good performance recognized in a "popcorn film". I think it's encouraging for the industry if the focus is on making good, award worthy films across genres, instead of the usual suspects of dramatic themes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-1168615735203750162007-01-12T10:28:00.000-05:002007-01-12T10:28:00.000-05:00Dammit, I knew McAvoy would be nominated here in s...Dammit, I knew McAvoy would be nominated here in supporting.
