Enrique Murciano, that's it. Had to look it up on IMDB, and now that I've learned it he'll probably go out of my head.

Some months ago it was Sean Penn who as much as I love him as an actor, was creepy in my mind.Pf_Iggynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-77455913338804509522009-12-19T11:22:10.055-05:002009-12-19T11:22:10.055-05:00I have the same relationship with Juliette Lewis.

I feel so close to her because she seems to be so open and willing to connect to people throught her art (singing or acting).

mr. goodbarAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-70450459891466845132009-12-19T09:49:30.965-05:002009-12-19T09:49:30.965-05:00For some unidentifiable reason, Penélope Cruz take...For some unidentifiable reason, Penélope Cruz takes up a small portion of my brain on a daily basis.

Seriously, it's like a play-by-play of her most iconic scenes. She is great in absolutely everything she has ever done, from acting to writing, from period pieces to Shakespeare to Angels in America. She needs to make more movies.Elenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-26062885246925496012009-12-18T21:38:03.359-05:002009-12-18T21:38:03.359-05:00It's always been Christina Ricci like that for...It's always been Christina Ricci like that for me. She has so many quotable lines from different movies that I like to use. She takes fantastic photos, capable of pulling off both blonde & brunette. Kind of an underrated thespian nowadays. I still think she could have a long career though, maybe more in charactor actor work.Wayne Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03540719966379852977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-48037420162858510082009-12-18T21:09:17.755-05:002009-12-18T21:09:17.755-05:00Quentin Tarantino.

He's a director, a writer, a film historian, a critic, a film buff, and even still is like the guy at the video store who suggests great stuff. He doesn't feel remote. So I'm happy when he's on a roll, cringe when he goes off on a tangent.

My reservations are that there's a scene in each of his movies that I hate. But I can't think of any other equally accessible recent personality that when you look at them, they re-direct your attention to the movies themselves. I like that.adrinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-9750875463094933852009-12-18T21:04:40.686-05:002009-12-18T21:04:40.686-05:00Lewis, huh… I’ll never be able to shake her quiet ...Lewis, huh… I’ll never be able to shake her quiet yet chilling scenes opposite De Niro. Fewww

As for myself… hmmm, I’d actually have to say EDIE FALCO. And not just cause her work as 'Carmela Soprano' (particularly in season 4’s “Whitecaps”) could easily rival Diane Lane, Imelda Staunton, Nicole Kidman and Kate Winslet for best female performance of the decade, but everything about her acting is so undeniably watchable and memorable. From her pitch-perfect line readings—
- “When you ignore me Tony… it makes me feel unloved!
- “Jesus Christ almighty I’m going fucking crazZzy!”
- “I. DON’T. LOVE. YOU. ANYMORE!”
—to subtle shifts in emotion (“Sunshine Sate”, "Freedom Land", “Nurse Jackie”) the woman is just impossible to shake. I’ll just be walking along to the subway or day dreaming in class and suddenly one of her scorching scenes just takes me away. And yet, she still seems trapped on the small screen!?! I constantly find myself checking IMDB in hopes of seeing she’s landed a juicy (film) role that will finally take her from the Emmys to the Oscars.Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12673028877943402977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-91011891053823182932009-12-18T21:00:24.700-05:002009-12-18T21:00:24.700-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12673028877943402977noreply@blogger.com
