T...nick... apocalypse now sat on my tv forever too. That happens to me especially when I know the movie is above 2 hours (which is when if the movie isn't grand that I start losing patience --i'm peculiar that way.

It's just that I've seen enough older films to know that you can tell just as much in 70-90 minutes ( if you know what you're doing as a storyteller) as most modern filmmakers can tell in 140 minutes.

but whoops ---tangent. Apocalypse Now. Just clear an evening. Others can come and go, but there will be that one that sits for six weeks. My most recent example was Breakfast on Pluto. I was all excited to watch it when I received it in April, but it was June before I finally did. So strange. And it seems to be a trend among us. Hmmm.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-1151080735704401502006-06-23T12:38:00.000-04:002006-06-23T12:38:00.000-04:00I just emerged from a big time Netflix logjam -- t...I just emerged from a big time Netflix logjam -- to the point where I had to just send Millions back unwatched because I was just stuck.
