Pike is one of them, she is very good, and I would've liked this better for her. It's as simple as that.Saranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-83098723045891610092010-10-22T10:29:32.349-04:002010-10-22T10:29:32.349-04:00Danielle -

I think it's the bone structure. I think Pike can play younger than her age. Unless the character being 18 is some hugely important plot point I don't see the big deal.Saranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-68253948845169818052010-10-20T09:25:49.758-04:002010-10-20T09:25:49.758-04:00Exciting! I don't see what Pike has to do with Knightley other than they starred in Pride and Prejudice together. Between Viggo and Fassbdender? You know, I really wish Viggo had a slightly better second half of the decade. Because LOTR + a Cronenberg masterpiece should really be unbeatable. But Fassbender gave a mindbogglingly intense performance in Hunger, was delightfully clever and suave in Inglourious Basterds, and was awesome in Fish Tank. I think that "Priest v. Prisoner" scene in Hunger ranks as the single finest scene of acting from that last decade. But don't underestimate the mindboggling awesomeness that LOTR is

What Dimitra said. But barring that, I'll toss my vote to Viggo.Arkaannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-88269463027385675012010-10-19T18:31:29.632-04:002010-10-19T18:31:29.632-04:00Island Liberal -

It's being released in the UK on Nov 26 but unfortunately it'll probably getting relatively small distribution/media attention. That being said, I love me some KK more, even when mostly everyone I know hates her, so I can't say I would replace her with Rosamund. Sabina is around 18 in the film.

--

Anyway, no praiseworthy adjectives in front of Keira's name, eh? ;)

She looks fantastic in these photos - clingy, disheveled, a tad bit crazed... I hope she translates this all onto screen. Until this year, it's been since Atonement since she's gotten any sort of hype, and now she's garnered herself great reviews for NLMG and early fantastic ones for Last Night. I hope she continues the trend with London Boulevard and A Dangerous Method. And I truly believe this could be *her* film - she'll supposedly be the center of consciousness and I think she'll have the most interesting character of the trio. Bottom line, it *should* be her best performance to date - she's never worked with such a fascinating director and her character is full of complexity.Daniellenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-58726412741442902010-10-19T13:39:21.108-04:002010-10-19T13:39:21.108-04:00I'm sure it will be easily way better than ita...I'm sure it will be easily way better than italian film on the same subject: Roberto Faenza's THE SOUL KEEPER, starring Emilia Fox as Sabina and Iain Glen as Jung (Freud wasn't featured in the movie)

Cronenberg+Keira+Viggo+Fassbender= can't wait!!!Mirkonoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-67461300741033992292010-10-19T13:34:28.975-04:002010-10-19T13:34:28.975-04:00I've been anticipating this baby for a while -...I've been anticipating this baby for a while - if the screenplay stays grounded, it can't fail surely?!Burning Reelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09240650652319642523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8256060.post-43496172465664238552010-10-19T12:18:29.189-04:002010-10-19T12:18:29.189-04:00Not Sabrina...
