Meanwhile in the more interesting battle for the remainder of the top ten Catherine Zeta-Jones has been putting up an unexpectedly tough battle outpacing Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Naomi Watts, Scarlett Johansson, and film experience deity Julianne Moore... all actresses who've made major contributions this decade.
All of those actresses will probably make the top ten. Joan Allen, Michelle Pfeiffer, Isabelle Huppert, Laura Linney, and Natalie Portman are fighting it out for the remaining two slots. Your ranking is already looking much different than mine.

I LOVE the Kidman/Winslet photo. That's priceless. And their faces totally reveal their two very different personalities, too.
