That's awesome...i do miss "Wiggle that toe!" though.
It's one of my favorite moments in Kill Bill, only because it's so weird. And it makes me think that having sex with QT would be worse then a low budget S&M movie. Can you imagine...."Wiggle that toe! I said! Wiggle that toe!"

So we agree (?) that the three big omissions are
ELLE's whistle
"wiggle your big toe" and
VERNITA (entirely)
Vernita's in there- she has a cereal box on her hand, the bride shoots her. It is really fast though.
