It's a masterpiece, but easy to sleep through.

Duplicity
From the very beginning it makes no sense. 15 minutes in you'll be dozing off, 30 minutes in you'll be out like a light.

Braveheart
"Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring" or "Hwal- The Bow" by Kim Ki-Duk
I love his hypnotic, slow-paced movies and these two are the best examples.
There are a load of Hammer Horror portmanteau movies that I've never made it to the end of.
Usually watch the first couple of stories then doze through Peter Cushing's still living hand or something equally far fetched.
Werckmeister Harmonies - but fall asleep really fast, because there are some definite nightmare fuel images after 45 minutes or so.
every Tim Burton movie:i'm ashamed but every time i see a Tim Burton movie in theater,i sleep.

I agree about Duplicity, it's terrible! Boring and probably quite difficult to deciper, if you even bother. I don't agree, though, with Malick (I'd be transfixed) or LiT (ScarJo would keep me... awake.)
Haven't seen Dielman, but I imagine it'd be hard to stay awake through if I was sleepy!

Derek Jarman films... probably "The Garden" is your best bet. And I do not say this in a derogatory "put me to sleep way" (if I was doing that I would say "The French Lieutenant's Woman") but in the sense that Jarman films put you in that kind of drowsy dreaming state and I'm sure you could slip off to sleep.
Last Year at Marienbad . If that doesn't put you to sleep, nothing will.

Even Cowgirls Get The Blues. Beware though, because if it doesn't put you to sleep and you keep watching it, it just might kill ya!
After millions of viewings some of my favorite movies put me to sleep. Last week Kieslowski's Decalogue cured me for a whole week!
This could be a side effect of becoming olden.
Next month Criterion is scheduled to release Jeanne Dielman!
Last year's Brideshead Revisited. Long and overdrawn.
And I would also say Once not because it's bad, in fact I LOOOOVED the film, but it's leisure pace can lull you to close your eyes and the music is also nice to listen to with your eyes close. Next thing you know... sleep. Falling slowly...

Hate to say it but 2001: A Space Odyssey because you can go to sleep and wake up and not miss any of the storyline...
I know this is going to sound like a lame joke, but I honestly fall asleep every time I watch Insomnia.
OMG..."The Polar Express". I have been wide awake, someone put that movie on and I passed out. Works every time.
Got to agree with Bernardo about Malick films. Days of Heaven is one of my all-time favorites, but I started to watch it right before I went to bed and I had to turn it off so it wouldn't play all night...all those field shots with the Morricone score...
Bergman late at night can be quite difficult to watch...
It took me about 7 days to go through all "Fanny and Alexander" I ended up drooling and snoring halfway through each ep.
Kingdom of Heaven
King Kong (2005) -- The middle section on the Venture should put you out like a light.
The first two Bourne films (never saw the third).
2046 has put me out like a light each time I've tried to finish the movie.
Or try Dogville, though that might not work because og you love of all things Nicole Kidman.
I've slept through Wild Strawberries by Bergman 3 times.
The Russian version of War and Peace (at 8 hours) had me waking up every time the Russian army came over the hill, but falling asleep during the "peace" segments which was what I was more interested in.
It's probably a sin, but i sleep through Wong Kar-Wai movies

#'s 2 and 3 both have some redeeming qualities, but are also two of the slowest moving films ever, and are at times a chore to get through. And, with Chariots of Fire, well, I'm not sure if I could ever manage to struggle through it again.
Have to go with what put me to sleep in the theater - Woody Allen's "Interiors".
