The Producers.;-)And Breakfast at Tiffany's.
Grosse Pointe Blank: An asexual SPRINGing into maturity. Get it? ;)
Joe Wright's Pride&Prejudice. Those lush English countrysides seeped in sunlight. Just makes me think of warm May days.
Funny Face. Those beautiful Monet scenes in the park.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Rebirth, cyclical, all that jazz...On a sad, related note, the Oscar curse has claimed another couple. Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes are done-zo.
For some twisted reason I think of Atonement, even though that's probably more of a "summery" move in terms of time...with the heat and all...
This is an easy one: Eric Rohmer's Tale of Springtime.
Ironically (500) Days of Summer despite their being no seasons in LA. It just seems springtime with Zooey and Joey's costumes.@The Know It AllI heard it too! I'm very sad! We should've saw it coming from her Golden Globes speech. The curse continues...
I don't know why but I think of Marie Antionette. Maybe it's all the fancy gardens.
