Tom Steele said...: Fun fact: When he was a little boy of about five, Adrien Brody used to sit on my lap at my office. He was a very jumpy kid. His (single) mother, Sylvia Plachy, used to contribute photographs to our magazine (CHRISTOPHER STREET). She came to the office at least once a month, with Adrien in tow. She was good friends with my then-boyfriend George Delmerico, then art director of the VILLAGE VOICE. I had no idea that he grew up to be Adrien Brody until I ran into Sylvia about ten years ago and she told me. Such a tiny world it is.; 5:14 PM
