Hardy is correct. The only thing I think of when I think of this movie is Gong Li though so I was surprised by the images myself.

But I remembered the kid's stern face at the beginning quite clearly.
Holy cow, how do people get these so fast?
My favorite shot is the one under the final credits. From the upside-down POV looking back at the coast as they float away...I still remember that to this day.
