First and Last #42
Oops. I was drunk when I snatched these screenshots so they might not be the the absolute first image after opening credits and last image before closing credits, but they're close.

I'm going to guess The Machinist?
Its Summer of Sam, right after Jimmy Breslin walks off the screen at the end

it's actually summer of sam.
I saw this movie but I would have never recognized it. It's a weird movie.
The first shot reminded me of the first scene in "Transsiberian" (although I knew it wasn't because of the last shot and different aspect ratio), where you also have a mix of food and blood, so to speak.
