But didn't Ossie Davis also pass away in 2005? I thought the list was more up to date than just the calendar year...
maybe I'm wrong. If so though, that makes sense.

That's the point. Both Ossie and Arthur died this year yet only Ossie appeared in the tribute. I think it's all a matter of how long ago they died. Because they will have it read and they can't just go an add a few clips...
or, they can, but they don't.
