Shhhhh. The Beauty is Sleeping. (Posting will commence again as soon as the Prince hacks through that forest of thorns.)
There will be light posting this weekend. But not today. Go see a movie! Or maybe you already have big plans for the long weekend? Share.

I've got one busy weekend.
Today, I was supposed to see Machete but it looks like it will be next week.
Tomorrow, I'm off to see Iron Man 2agian with a friend of mine at a nightime showing.
Then, on sunday, I've got another friend coming over for a sleepover.
On top of that, I also have some homework to do (it's light but it's still homework).
So, yeah. I'm a tad busy. Did I forget to mention that consturction is going on in my house?
The Minnesota State Fair is calling my name... but a Winter's Bone matinee looks to be in the works - good idea or bad?
Seeing Going the Distance tonight. Then the rest of the weekend will consist of writing and schoolwork. I might watch a movie that I own or maybe a film on Netflix Instant.
On Tuesday, I'm seeing Machete. I know that's not part of the weekend, but I thought I'd throw that in there since it came out today.
College Football!!!
I saw Machete with my brother. It was better than I expected, but also completely different. The narrative being driven by the immigration debate was a curveball for me; I just though it was an homage to classic revenge/exploit films. So, it's smarter and dumber than I expected at the same time. Enjoyable, but out there.
I'll be seeing The Last Exorcism on Monday because my promo pass will work for it then. Everyone who knows my taste in horror assures me I will like it. I'm a sucker for Christian horror and character studies and this one delivers both in one messy little package.
Planning an actress-filled movie marathon tomorrow,. as a goodbye to summer. In the line-up are 3 never-seens and 1 favorite...
1) The Hours
2) La Vie En Rose
3) Rachel Getting Married
4) and the favorite, Moulin Rouge!
(If possible to watch 5 movies in one day, then maybe Blue Sky or Heaven Can Wait.)
Fave Disney flick, with Philip being my all-time favorite Disney character.
Alsooooo...Machete/Going the Distance double feature post-hangover in the morrow.
I watched Sweeney Todd yesterday (Friday) and I think I will be watching Atonement tonight.
"The Red Riding Trilogy" awaits me.
I was also curious to go see a local production of "The Dresser" which is getting rather good notices.
Michael -- i'm all for actress-thons but that's a truly strange quintet ;) good luck!
OK, not watching Atonement. Stupid library. I am probably watching Last Picture Show.
I ended up watching Last Picture Show AND Singing in the Rain. Productive!
Andrew R --- NICE double feature. were you in heaven?
