ModFab gathers great musical blog minds under his umbrella ella-ella-ay-ay-ay for a rundown of the year's best singles. Hot! My only gripe is that Rufus Wainwright's "Going to a Town" isn't in the list.
NewNowNext Travolta continues to be a f***ing idiot. The lady doth protest too much.
Glitterati Jonathan Rhys-Meyers is tired of drama queens! pot, kettle. kettle, pot
AV Club "10 Directors You Didn't Know You Hated" Actually I did know I hated these guys but it was a fun read anyway. Too harsh on Shankman, though, since Hairspray will go a little way toward removing him from such lists in the future
And this is awesome...

Well, "Going To A Town" was MY first choice for Song of 2007 (edging out the brilliant and topical "Rehab").
I won't listen to anything nowadays unless it's sung by a slightly intoxicated lady with a beehive.
Not quite 100% true...but close enough.
"Rehab" was my #2 song of 2006 if I remember correctly. And it's still completely and utterly amazing. The album is pretty darn swell too.
Ah, can't believe Uwe Boll wasn't on that Worst Director's list.
