See Revolutionary Road Early

If you're in the NYC area director Sam Mendes (Mr. Kate Winslet) is attending a screening and doing a Q & A afterwards @ BAM on December 10th. I'd buy your tickets now as special appearances like that, two weeks prior to opening, sell out quickly.

thanks to reader and commenter Abstew for the tip

Hold up!!!!!!!!!!!

What’s with the TBA crap? Does that mean you’ve SEEN these babies or just waiting to screen them?

REVOLUTIONARY ROAD and MILK are the two films I’m most eagerly anticipating this season… I’m on pins-and-nettles here Nathaniel. I need to know what my #1 critic thinks!!!!!!!

EEK!
You're my hero! I'm leaving for the holidays to South America this xmas before this opens, and had already resigned myself to catch Rev Road when I come back in mid-January, but now I won't have to wait at all!

Thanks! :-D

Dom...I go to Columbia too but the stupid ticket release on Thursday morning ruined me! I work at 9 AM in Queens! Dammit!

i'm so excited!

already i've played out in my mind that kate will be there as well. she will remember me from when we met at THE VERTICAL HOUR and then invite me to a private screening of THE READER(which comes out that day)at her and sam's apartment. the three of us will stay up to all hours of the night, talking, laughing, having glass after glass of chardonnay (after a 20 minute workout, of course.) and thus, a life long friendship will be born(sigh)...oh, yeah. and that whole seeing the film early and q & a with sam sounds like it might be good as well.
