The Ed Norton scene reminds me that he really hated all hi muscles cause if you watched him with Naomi Watts you see that h really lost them all! Oh sweet Sissy, that´w when I fell in love with u!
Nathaniel, Carrie is awesome as is that still. It's not surprising that you keep revisiting it.
I just saw it again recently. Still one of the best, if not the best, films adapted from a Stephen King book. And Sissy was so perfectly cast (as was Piper Laurie).
Yeah, I doubt people mind constant reminding of how amazing Carrie is. I'm pretty sure Sissy Spacek is my favourie living actress and Piper Laurie is a genuis in it. Can't stand American History X, though.
Oooo... didn't Andie MacDowell win a prize for worst line delivery ever for that scene? "Is it raining? I hadn't noticed." It still haunts my aesthetic soul.
yes. i have a soft spot for Andie (entirely due to sympathy for her dubbing in Greystoke (1984) and then Sex, Lies and Videotape) but she is quite bad in that scene. hee

when you didn't put a paragraph break in there I thought "Sissy" was your term of endearment for muscle-losing Ed Norton.
hee
p.s. i apologize to all readers for going back to Carrie so incredibly often. It's just that I love it so.

What's the last picture from?
4 weddings
The horror, apparently. I've never seen it, myself. 'Notting Hill' was enough.
Andie MacDowell's hair is enough to give anyone a fright.
