Well, of course. Let me clarify: I want a lesbian love story that becomes a sensation, cracks 80 mill and dominates Oscar season.
There's a lesbian subplot in Basic Instinct, and the film was a sensation, but not because of this, I give you that.
People accept more easily the idea of two women in love, so I don't think a female Brokeback would have the same impact. Plus, The L World as a TV series is quite a sensation, it was considered mainstream in Europe while Queer as folk wasn't.
Who is skinnier Keira or Natalie?
