Here's the first post credits frame of a movie and the final pre-credits frame.
Can you guess the movie?
Highlight for the answer if you're stumped: The movie is Se7en (1995) with cinematography by the great Darius Khondji

Is it Amores Perros?
It is not though that movie is also brutal with great cinematography come to think of it.
That's se7en. Haven't seen it in sages, but how could you forget ending.

Se7en! Damn I got beaten...
Yeah, it's Se7en.
i guess i'll have to choose something more difficult next time.
It was a fairly easy spot anyway, but maybe you shouldn't give away the DP's name too ;)
Still, who cares? It was a good excuse to wallow in gorgeous stills. Thanks, Nat.
When I arrived here, this post had 7 chatty moviegoers and the publish time was 7:00 a.m. Just saying...
Love the idea. Just that lost shot is so well known.
OMG.... David Carradine died! :( RIP
more of these please!
I think the 'final frame' gave it away (and the initial frame supports the hunch). The final revelation is so memorable that one can't forget the setting, which was in such stark contrast to the rain-ravaged urban noir the rest of the film was set in.
... who knew that Kevin Spacey was actually doing us a favor? J/K
I knew it too! Damn for being beaten.
got it right! Se7en! great flick. Though I wouldn't have gotten it from the first image, cause for some reason I thought the first scene was that awful gluttoney scene.
on a scale of difficutly I give it...a 7.
This movie and REQUIEM FOR A DREAM scarred me for life!
Ernest Hemingway said "The world is a fine place and worth the fighting for." I agree with the second part.
Yeah, the line with the image is particularly fine.
damn! never would have got that.
lovin this new series though
