The Heavens Have Parted...

...La Pfeiffer descended from the skies, blessing the Showest festivities in Vegas with her eternal radiance, blessing Hollywood with her incomparable beauty. She will soon bless the world entire with her return --or at least those people smart enough to go to all movies containing her.

Five years is a long time to go Pfeifferless people. It really is happening. Did I will this into being with my 54 months of vigilant supplications? Who's counting...I want no credit, the return is enough.

More beatific Pfeifferian visions await you @ D-Listed and Just Jared

Michelle looks so beautiful.

Jesus H. Christ. She literally still looks 25 years old. And in a good way. Like, she could actually PLAY a 25-year-old woman.

I want her beauty regimen.

Yeah, seriously, she's still a smokin' fox. All these young actresses should take note. Constant drinking/smoking/drug taking will not allow you to keep what beauty you have at that age.

I wish she was in a movie that I really saw as Oscar-bound though. I don't see her getting near Oscar with Hairspray, Stardust and ...Woman. Except as a presenter.

yeah, it's too bad that the OSCARS have such issue with genre performances because every time someone sees a sneak of Stardust they seem so impressed with her.

It's been reported that "I Am Not Your Woman" or whatever that movie is called is going straight to video so hopefully her other upcoming projects have some staying power. Between her and Travolta, we will have to see who the critics favour to have a "comeback".

And come on people, she has about as much chance to pass for 25 as finding a needle in a haystack, lol. She looks great but don't get carried away, lol. She won't even pass for 35!

well, if she couldn't get nominated for Age of Innocence, or White Oleander, i'm seriously starting to doubt she'll ever make the short list again :-(

to Anon: I COULD NEVER BE YOUR WOMAN is NOT going straight to video, that was reported by that loser Cindy Adams in her little gossip column. She has no clue, she was just going by the fact that MGM cut ties with the production company, but that was old news. it WILL be released in theatres this summer.

I love Michelle. She's gorgeous!

Nathaniel! As a fellow Pfeiffer Pfanatic I think you should ban that anonymous poster who dared to say Michelle would never be nominated again. I don't think anyone needs those bad vibes.

Also, is it pathetic that I'm still hoping that I Could Never Be Your Woman becomes this Somethings Gotta Give-esque hit and gets Pfeiffer back in the lineup? Nevermind, answered my own question.

The only reason Michelle can't pass for 25 is cause everyone knows she's 48. If she were just some woman on the street who you didn't know, you'd have no idea.

I KNOW 25-year-olds who look older than that.

F'in unreal.

No, not 25. But she doesn't look 50, either. Except when you factor in she still lives in Hollywood.

OK, fine, then, 30.

But I STILL know 25 years who look older than her. And they still don't look old.
