Linkistics

The Cellar Door celebrates St. Patrick's Day by staring at Colin Farrell --usually a worthwhile activity I find. I don't have anything to say about this holiday so my celebration begins and ends with the green tint of this post. That's the best I can muster with just one cup of coffee in me and a full weekend of activities rushing towards me.
Jacob Chase talks Persona and Three Women
Stale Popcorn , after watching Woody Allen's Hannah masterpiece, wonders if everyone in NY talks about wanting to open a restaurant. Actually, they do...
Aussielicious [NSFW] sees more of Spidey (and other superheroes) than we'll get in theaters ... just for giggles. Don't click if nudity offends.
BoobTubers announce a blog mob-a-thon for April. Could be fun.
Glitterati on Jude & Lindsay. I'm still so weirded out by these rumors. How is it that Jude Law's personal life can be so messy and turbulent but he can still act up a storm. Is it his age? Because most stars who travel that hard party route don't seem to be able to get their careers together.

AND...

Stardust teaser!!! There be moving imagery. I hate the computer flourish to make Michelle Pfeiffer more evil but the rest of it looks awesome.

Damn, I wish there were a larger version of that trailer! Kick ass!

Yeah, that Stardust trailer looks great. But does every single new fantasy adventure movie have to use the Pirates of the Caribbean theme in their trailer?

ja: there is a larger quicktime version, go to that site and click on "mirror" at the bottom and it will take you to a page where you have to sign up to download the large version for free.

also, this is not the trailer, its leaked footage with unfinished CGI.

The reason Jude Law can do the bit with Lindsay etc. is because it's all Pr and untrue. Yes he talked to Lindsay and THATS IT. He's been in Japan Promoting his film. And he
was working in England in January abd collecting awards from the French in February and spent that
cold week in NYC finishing another
movie. All you bloggers wouldn't understand what the word "work"
means. Leave him alone, he's way out our your league.

Did it make anyone else think of Willow?

Why on earth would the Weinstein's send Jude Law to Japan to promote (I presume) Breaking and Entering? I thought they (sadly) gave up on that (undeservedly dumped) gem a long time ago. Crazy.

sandy --obviously you love Jude Law. that's totally cool but probably shouldn't make assumptions that I DON'T like him. when i very very very very very much do.

(#1 actor of the decade and all)

anyway... i just think the gossip is weird and of all stars who have a tumultous personal life it really DOESN'T seem to effect his work. which is weird considering how it absolutely kills talent in other stars.

Behind the Mask is AWESOME.

This is the start of a "Jason won't shut up about this one" campaign, btw.
