Will Amy Adams ever top Junebug? Everything - from "Enchanted" to "Doubt" and all the rest - just seems to be a shade of that first, fully realized character.

which is why she REALLY needs to stretch. Give the naive innocent a rest just for a film or two and show us what else ya got! She's too good of an actor not to have something else in her.

Amy Poehler never fails to make me grin. It's just an automatic reflex. And when I see her with Will Arnett, its like a happy overload.

My mom said to me during Doubt - and I quote - "God, she needs to play a serial killer or something. This perky, naive chihuahua stuff is just unhealthy."

The picture from Baby Mama reminds me of two fo the funniest small roles I've seen this year: Steve Martin and Sigourney Weaver in Baby Mama. Martin is so wonderfully self-absorbed and Weaver so smugly patronizing - great comic turns.

adri, I couldn't agree more about Sigourney Weaver in Baby Mama. I love the scene where she interviews Tina Fey about the process. She has a true gift for comedy.
