If you've got a thing for nuns...

You might want to check this out. Two real life nuns (Sisters Julie & Maxine) will be discussing John Patrick Shanley's Doubt live (refresh your screens) for the next two hours, ending @ 4:00 PM EST. Too bad they aren't just talking about nuns in cinema. I mean, there's so much to discuss. The Nun's Story, Dead Man Walking, Debbie Reynolds, ... Sally Field flying (oh wait, that's TV).

And don't forget Black Narcissus. If you want to see nuns going crazy in the Himalayas, you can't do better than that.

I will never look at nuns the same way after watching Almodovar's Dark Habits.

I don't know what I'll think if Meryl misses even the Film Bitch Award semi-finals this year, when she scored for Prime, one of her ACTUALLY bad performances.

Hello! What about the Sound of Music? didn't we all want to be nuns after sing that?

Actually, i wanted to be a singing Austrian child running around salzburg in curtains made by Julie Andrews.

I posted on the nun site, hope I didn't ruffle any habits.

i said that Doubt was perfect becuase we can't come to any sure conclusions about any of the characters. most peole ask if the priest is guily or not, but what about the nun? or the mother? or the young nun? something to think about.
