First and Last: first image after the opening titles and last image before the closing credits

Can you name the movie?

This film wasn't really a hit but boy has it proved influential. See GLEE fanaticism everywhere.

That's right. This is CAMP (2003) and it's all about those awkwardly high schoolers who dream of Broadway stardom and worship show tunes. For more first and last puzzles, click on the label below.

Yeah - and why isn't Dan Letterle in more movies? Loved him in Camp and Ethan Green.

omfgCAMP!

I own this and have started it twice and never gotten the chance to finish.

Nathaniel, what do you think of a summer camp retrospective? I would love to hear your thoughts on everything from Wet Hot American Summer to Heavyweights :)

Camp, indeed. I went to the actual Stagedoor Manor. Very intense but amazingly fun place.

It is CAMP.

Mason that would certainly be different than anything i've ever done here. Hmmm. let me think on it. i do like some of those movies.

but in truth i feel strange when i watch these things because i know they're meant to evoke memories and i have no or almost no summer camp experience of my own.

sad but true

Camp is something special, because it finds a way to wrap some of my guilty pleasures - cheesy songs, theater jokes, melodramatic love triangles - and present them in one easy-to-go-to 90-minute film. Love!

I sorta hated that movie. I watched that entire thing and they didn't even perform a musical? Only that "Here's Where I Stand" song! Ugh. I hate that shit.
