WTF??? This was what appeared on my TV tonight when I tried to watch Out of Africa
Yes, that movie is filthy!
Please note: I have no children and have never set any parental levels on any of my entertainment systems. I actually didn't know that you could, outside of, like, blocking cable channels.
Maybe my television is boycotting Meryl Streep? I didn't know there was a quota on how many I was allowed to watch in a month.

Your DVD should be seriously punished for not wanting more Streep, haha...
Your DVD players wants you to watch "The Color Purple" instead...
I'm in Colorado this weekend visiting family, but what is immensely funny is that I had exactly the same experience with the same movie :-) At least I'm in a house with a teenager.. is this at least rated R? I don't think so. Very weird.
I think your DVD Player is suffering from Merylnoma. It's a common side effect of an overdose of Meryl Streep.
Technology has no taste.
That hair-washing scene must be a lot naughtier than I remembered...
Well, it is a pretty pornographic experience for the senses.
There is indeed a Streep quota. Streepota? Either way, that's terrible
yikes! that's ridiculous and scary... a dvd player with a mind of its own?!
What a pity! And right with OOA... =(
Yeah, probably your dvd player had an overdose of Meryl Streep but... be careful don't deprive it too long of her movies: it could suffer a withdrawal sympton! =)
Must be the shampoo scene... I know it always makes me tingle in a funny and unexpected way.
Personally, I commend your DVD player for demonstrating discerning taste. Don't provoke it with "Music of the Heart" -- it might not be so polite that time.
Haha! That's so funny! Damn you technology!
Is this the first time it happened?
If it's censuring Out Of Africa it will do it with many other movies, I guess
No way! Your dvd player hates Meryl. I did not know that it was even possilbe for anyone or anything to hate the Streep.
Ivo. it is indeed the first time. i was very confused. it's not even R rated ;) i think it was Meryl's first big hit that wasn't R rated in fact.
I would quite seriously throw that dvd player in the garbage. No one should be denied Meryl, no one.
