Um, I love The Hours. That's about all I have to say. The book and the movie are both absolutely brilliant.

Do you think when she finished with the nose her betrothed stole it so he could carry on snorting?
I liked the movie a lot too...

Rumor has it that she's going to be on Nip/Tuck Season 5 with her Virginia nose.

I read that as Vagina nose before my aging eyes settled =)
A vagina nose on Nip/Tuck wouldn't surprise me at all...They could nickname her'cuntface'...

I looove that movie and Kidman's performance..."Everywhere I go I am attended by doctors...Doctors who inform me of my own interests!"

ah, and a prize for the nose...

i was not suprised when the comments here were about the nose...the film teaches us that a nose makes a big difference.

I was so happy when Nicole Kidman won the Oscar for Moulin Rouge!

Awarding her for this, however great it was, would clearly stink of "forgive us! we love you! here, have an Oscar! Tom doesn't have one."

*deludes himself further*

One of my favourite films of this millenium. Streep and Moore were exquisite.

Is this someone's shout-out?

Or just a random thing?

Superb movie! Terrific performances by all actors!

Finest film of the decade so far - exquisitely constructed on all its levels... and about as close to perfection movies come.

This is actually the only film this decade that I can feel ok with calling a masterpiece along with The New World.

I how I love "The Hours." Best American Picture of 2002. The directing, acting and writing were exquisite!!! Fully deserving of it's Best Picture Golden Globe!

I don't get why that picture of Nicole Kidman was posted, but if it gives me another reason to rave "The Hours", then I'll take it. Loved the film, and was thrilled when Nicole Kidman won the Oscar for it.
