Please people
show your support for Heath Ledger and his family by signing the petition against John Gibson who mocked the death of a young father and has a history of racist and homophobic comments. It's people like him who ruin the reputation of this country. Enough with this bigots full og hate

I'm not from United States, so I can't say anything about the reputation of your country, anyway I think John Gibson's behaviour is simply shameful and I hope they will take some measures...I don't think Gibson's comments can pass as some jokes or an expression of the FREEDOM OF SPEECH!

William Hurt delivers one of the best performances I've ever seen in Kiss of Spider Woman. Terrific!

Sonia Braga. Whatever happened to her? Other than a role as a Russian spy on Alias. Which... hello? Brazilian =/= Russian. Then again, this is the series that thinks Isabella Rosselini, Lena Olin and Sonia Braga can all be sisters.

Love this pic - love that shot of Kiki, Nate. (I really don't get the kidman-style backlash regarding Kiki that one sees on the 'net. She remains one of the bravest young actresses out there.)

Isabella Rossolini, Sonia Bragia and Lena Olin sharing screen time - rowwrrr indeed. Too bad it's on the small screen (I don't have TV access.) Shall I rejoice that TV is providing work for mature, talented actresses or despair and say "WTF is wrong with you Hollywood that you can't come up with any movie roles for these women?"

I only didn't know #3. The picture is very pretty though. Was Braga inspired by Vampire in Plan 9 from Outer Space?

Ah, this reminds me of my school's play last Christmas, where we sent up all our teachers. I played one of my teachers as a guy who wished he was Spiderman. "Spiderprice, Spiderprice".

Lol.

This Braga scene is part of what is supposed to be a B German movie - the movie Hurt's character talks about.

There is a remake of Desperate Housewives being shot on Brazilian TV and Sonia Braga is the narrator, the one who commits suicide in the beginning of the series.

Her niece, Alice Braga, is doing fine. She was in I am Legend and will be seen in Blindness.

Marcelo - Brazil.
